Commonwealth Phase 1 is a 567k sqft mixed-use development in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Plaza Midwood is 2 miles north of the Charlotte CBD and is one of Charlotte’s fastest growing submarkets. The phase 1 development plan includes 106k sqft of retail, 141k sqft of office and 383 multifamily units on 8 acres. The project is currently under construction and will be delivered in multiple phases starting in Q1 2024. Phase 2 of Commonwealth is in early stages of feasibility and design but has potential for multiple additional uses including office, multifamily, retail and hotel.
